Abstract

|
The early diagnosis of uterine rupture in the obstetric emergency in needed, for early diagnosis and prompt therapy decreases high maternal and fetal mortality, due to sudden onset of excesseve bleeding. we must observe the patient carefully before labor, during labor and after delivery, for prevention of uterine rupture. three cases of spontaneous uterine rupture before and during delivery, experienced in Ob. and gynecologic Department of Maryknoll hospital, were presented and the brief review of literature was made.
